The Vibe Coding Manifesto
We are looking for and opening up new ways to create digital products — doing it ourselves and helping others do the same. This work has led us to a set of values and principles. We share them, and we invite everyone who wants to build, to manage and to turn ideas into working products to share them too.

Principles
The principles we follow and offer as the foundation of a culture of responsible vibe coding in Russia.

Anyone can build. Code is no longer a privilege of the few — a digital product is now within reach of anyone who wants to make one.

A manager who tries building with AI moves faster. A business owner or manager who works with AI gets ahead of the one who only waits for someone else to deliver.

We start with a working prototype, not with a perfect plan. A tested hypothesis is worth more than a beautiful presentation.

People set the meaning — AI helps write the code. Accountability for the result always stays with the human.

We check what AI produces: security, data, copyright and quality — from the very start, not as an afterthought.

A mistake is part of the path. Failing fast, understanding why and fixing it is a normal rhythm of building, not a defeat.

A clearly framed task matters more than the volume of code. Being able to describe precisely what you need is the key skill of the AI era.
